This kit used with P/N 12498617 to convert single exhaust to dual exhaust on Impala, Monte Carlo and Grand Prix.

2 - 11515757 bolt-metric heavy hex flange H,> 2 - 10231659 insulator assembly exhaust pipe hanger, 1 - 10301945 Bracket, exhaust muffler rear hanger, 1 - 88961307 Bracket kit, instruction sheet.
