PAC-8620 - 200R4/700R4 Throttle Valve/Detent Lever Geometry Correction Kit For all Carbureted 200R4/700R4 Applications FOR USE WITH EDELBROCK CARBS.

This is the most important part to utilize in your 200R4/700R4 swap. If you are using a carburetor, that was not originally designed for use with a 200R4/700R4, this kit will correct throttle valve geometry so that the transmission shifts correctly. On these applications, the stud that the detent (throttle valve) cable connects to must be precisely positioned so that a given amount of throttle opening will provide a specific amount of pull on the t.v. cable.
A 700R4 can be permanently ruined if this is not set up correctly.
