Installation Notes:
• Column shift linkage may require modifications for clearance.
• 1973-87 Trucks Only-For use with 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L80E auto transmission.
• 1967-72 & 1988-98 Trucks Only-For use with T56 manual trans and 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L80E auto transmission.
• When using 4L80E auto trans, the bell housing tabs must be trimmed for header clearance.
• May require removal of starter, valve cover and spark plugs for installation.
• For use with F Body oil pan. (click here to view oil pan kit)
• NO clearance modifications required when using factory F body, low mount alternator, serpentine system with air conditioning. (click here to view serp kit)
• NO transmission tunnel modifications are required.
• Mid-length headers have a weld-on ball and socket collector with O2 sensor bungs.
• Clears factory A/C box, power steering box and power brake system.
