Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling
We offer very inexpensive shipping and handling charges for shipments within the 48state continental USA. Most orders are shipped using UPS, FEDX or US mail. Orders totaling $500.00 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery to insure against damage and fraud.

Small Package Shipping and Handling Fees
$8.00 for orders totaling $.01 to $24.99
$10.00 for orders totaling $25.00 to $99.99
$12.00 for orders totaling $100.00 & greater

Truck Freight Shipping & Handling*
$85.00 per pallet for Business adddress delivery or freight terminal pickup
$130.00 for Home delivery with lift-gate service (where available)

*Our sales staff can arrange for most orders requireing truck freight to be delivered to the nearest truck freight terminal or to your work address. Doing this eliminates residential and lift gate fees and makes off-loading heavy items safer and eaiser.

Drop Shipments
Most manufacturers have a drop ship program available for out of stock items. Because these orders require special handling there is an additional charge of $15.00 for this service. Drop shipping of out of stock items will expedite your order by 5 to 7 working days. Our sales staff will inform you of the availability of this service.

Additional Shipping Notes
We ship via UPS Ground and U.S. Postal Service (when requested and possible). We also ship overweight (150 lb+) items and oversized items via Truck Freight. Please keep the following in mind:
- UPS will not deliver to Military APO/FPO boxes
- UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. If your credit card's billing address is a PO BOX, please provide an alternative ship-to address when ordering
- We can not ship to countries where shipments are prohibited by the United States Government. The following countries are authorized for International Shipment as identified by the U.S. D.O.C and are subject to change without notice:

Shipping Quotes
Some online shipping quotes are not accurate and will be recalculated manually by our internet sales representative. Most common are orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous States. We will advise you of any additional shipping charges.

Estimated Delivery Time
On in-stock items, please allow for 1 to 5 days for delivery from the time order is completed and item is shipped from us. Actual delivery times may vary depending how the item is shipped (i.e. freight) and if the item shipped has to be transferred between various truck lines. Your delivery time will also increase the further the item is shipped from our warehouse which is located in Niles, Ohio .

Priority Shipping
Priority shipping is available on in-stock items and we will gladly accommodate priority shipping request for the continental US region. Please call 1-888-748-4655 to check on in-stock status on an item which requires priority shipping. If priority shipping is desired for an online purchase of a specific item once that item is in-stock (if backordered), please make a note of that on your online order. Backorder Policy
Although we make every effort to maintain a large inventory for immediate shipping, occasionally unexpected demand may depleat an items in-stock status and put that item on backorder. Sometimes, a demand for a particular popular item may overwhelm the manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock. In situations like this, you may wish to have us cross-reference the ordered product with a comparable item from another one of our vendors in order to expedite the order. Due to various manufactures shipping time frames, we will keep and order open for a maximum of 90 days at which time the order will be canceled and need to be re-ordered. Please note this excludes special orders. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order.
