These wire sets are available in both universal and custom fit applications. The custom fit sets are available with or without insulated wire sleeve. Sleeved sets have shrink tubing at each end and each wire is individually numbered to simplify installation. Mag-Tune by Moroso is a premium, top of the line ignition wire made in our Philadelphia plant along with our Blue Max and Ultra 40 ignition wire sets. The heart of Moroso MAG-TUNE Ignition Wire is its efficient conductor of stainless nickel alloy wire, wound 32 times per inch around a conductive, latex-coated, heavy fiberglass core. This conductor meets OEM, radiofrequency interference (RFI) requirements and has 350 ohms of resistance per foot. The lower the ohm resistance number, the more efficient the wire is. For example, our conductor operates at one-tenth the resistance of conventional "carbon core" conductors. MAG-TUNE Ignition Wire jacket is made from two layers of high-heat resistant EPDM that is separated by a nylon reinforcing pull tape for added pull strength. An inner insulation layer adds optimum dielectric strength while a silicone outer jacket offers superior heat and flame resistance. The spark plug boots are silicone to protect against high heat situations and encase sure grip, snap-lock terminals for positive connections.

This wire set has been custom tailored to fit the GM 602, 603 & 604 CTC engines when using a HEI distributor. Wires have 90 degree distributor and spark plug ends, factory terminated and tested. Wires have been cut to custom lengths and designed to be routed behind the cylinder heads and under the headers. Wires are sleeved and numbered with cylinder designation on both distributor and spark plug ends.
