Q: Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you need to return any parts, you will have (15) days to file your return. Returned merchandise must include all original packaging, paperwork and be properly packed. Returns on any parts that appear to have been used or installed will not be accepted. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. Please read the instructions on your invoice for proper return merchandise authorization (RMA) procedures and the filing of our return authorization form (RAF). Q: Warranties/Defective

Most products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. In the event you have a warranty issue, please contact us prior to returning the part. Our representative will determine whether a claim can be made and where the part needs returned to.
