This hardened steel guideplate is used with aluminum Bow Tie V6/90 And Small Block cylinder heads with screw-in rocker arm studs. For V6, use on cylinder #1, 2, 5 and 6. Grind guideplate to clear valve cover hold-down bolts. This guideplate is identified by the stamped number 05.
