Second design with 3.294" bolt pattern. 1988-1990 engines use # 10088128 with 3.620" bolt pattern.Please measure your center to center mounting bolt pattern if unsure.Also used with ZZ3 & ZZ4 Engines. Also Used on 1996-2000 L29 454 Big Block Chevy And 454, 502 GM Performance Parts Engines With Roller Camshafts & Gen VI Block.Used With 2 - 14093637 special Torx head screws (not included, order seperatly)
