G8 GXP lower rear diffuser panel does not include any hardware or reflectors. This diffuser is a direct replacement for your stock lower panel. Just reuse your old reflectors and hardware.
Note: Also 2008 and early 2009 production cars may need a little trim of the rear fascia to get an exact fit.
