GM VERSATRAK fluid is a blend of synthetic base oils and performance additives specially formulated to give the proper friction characteristics, gear protection, and oxidation resistance needed for the transfer case and carrier assembly-differential in the VERSATRAK All Wheel Drive System.

The AWD Aztec and Rendezvous rear axle capacity is 2.1 Quarts per the GM service Manual. You will need 4 containers of 12378514 to drain and refill these axles once. If you follow the service procedure in the GM service bulletin, you will need 8 containers of Versatrak fluid to flush and refill twice. Equinox oil capacity is 17Oz.
